• 16:00 Farm Windhoek Fitness presents a two day stage trail run. At dusk on Friday, 2 March and dawn on Saturday, 3 March, runners venture out onto the great trails of IJG Trails Farm Windhoek to challenge each other and themselves, in the whole new field of stage running.

• 17:00 The Kamikaze Iron Man Inline Hockey Tournament with its various divisions, takes place at the DTS sports grounds in Olympia. The event continues on Saturday at 08:00.

• 18:00 Photographer Hildegard Titus explores cultural practices such as hairstyles before, during and after the colonial era, and how Namibians have carried over imposed stereotypes while knowing very little of their cultures at the Goethe Institute.
