Privaat ambulansdiens beskikbaar

In ’n poging om inwoners van Rehoboth binne minute te hulp te snel in tye van nood, is ’n nuwe privaat ambulansdiens nou op die dorp beskikbaar.

“Beseerde en siek pasiënte kan nie altyd per voertuig vervoer word nie en kan dit die gesondheid van ’n persoon beïnvloed indien hulle nie in ’n ambulans vervoer word nie,” het Conrad Jacobs, operasionele bestuurder van MR24/7 gesê.

Die diens is sedert 1 November op Rehoboth beskikbaar.

Hoewel die hospitaal se ambulansdiens nog altyd beskikbaar was, het die span dit goed gedink om ’n ten volle toegeruste privaat ambulansdiens ook aan inwoners te bied. “Ons pasiënte word ten alle tye beskerm en hul privaatheid is ons eerste prioriteit,” sê hy.

MR24/4 bied inwoners sonder ’n mediesefonds dieselfde gehalte diens teen laer kostes. “Geen gebied is vir ons onbereikbaar nie.”

Hulle kan ook pasiënte na Windhoek vervoer indien nodig.

Conrad en sy vrou Seredine, het die maatskappy in 2013 gestig en het reeds privaat ambulansdienste in Windhoek en op Otjiwarongo.
