Beauty expo around the corner

The countdown has begun for the doors to open for the second Beauty, Fashion and Lifestyle Expo (BFLE) taking place in the capital.

This expo starts on Friday 12 April and guests have until Sunday to have a look at what the beauty, fashion and lifestyle industries have to offer. “We would like to take this to a new level each year and keep the stalls industry-specific with good quality business,” said organiser Natasha Rabe.

In an effort to attract the whole family, the lifestyle section boasts a play area for the children as well as a number of cars and bikes to keep the men entertained. Cycletec is also hosting a coffee ride on Saturday morning. Interested parties will get together at Bike Park at the expo at 07:00. A free Tafel Lager will be waiting at the finish line.

This year’s event takes place at the Grove Mall of Namibia in the upper parking area. With this location, they hope to draw more feet and public to the tents. “Everyone will want to come see what is going on inside,” Natasha said. Opening and closing times are from 10:00 to 21:00 on Friday and Saturday, and from 09:00 to 15:00 on Sunday.

More than 60 stands can be viewed, all featuring new product lines and demonstrations. There will also be a "man cave" and game station, a strong man competition, a body painting competition and more.

This expo also serves as an opportunity to meet this year’s Miss Teen Namibia entrants.
