Building bridges

23 June 2019 | Infrastructure

Construction work continues on the Windhoek - Hosea Kutako International Airport road, with works set to start again on the bridge over Frank Fredericks drive in Kleine Kuppe.

In a notice published by the China Railway Seventh Group that is responsible for the work, the company said that during the construction period, set to continue until at least 9 August, drivers and pedestrians may continue using the road, but that there will be flagmen posted to control the traffic. Furthermore, they urged members of the public to adhere to traffic signs and access restrictions around the construction area.
