CAN training at Rehoboth

30 June 2019 | Social Issues

Psychosocial support plays a critical role during and after the treatment of cancer. In this vein, the Cancer Association of Namibia recently hosted a commentary training session for volunteers in Rehoboth. Falling under the Standard Bank Circle of Hope programme within the CAN structures, the project is aimed at supporting not only the patient, but their family as well. Cancer patients and families in need, can contact CAN at [email protected] or 061 237740 to schedule a counselling appointment.
