Celebrating the end of a decade

important cycle, the public is invited to a meditation session taking place on 9 December from 18:00
to 19:30 at The Village
Then meditators will be able to drop any excess baggage, give thanks for lessons learned and move
into the very best version of both our individual and collective futures.
The session will be led by clinical psychologist and Just Breathe lead instructor Iani de Kock. Entrance
is free and participants just need to bring a yoga mat or cushion, water, a blanket and an open heart,
an open mind and someone you love
Just Breathe, founded in 2017, is a community of multi-disciplinary mental health, wellness and peak
performance experts committed to disrupting the way we live, work, learn and love. Their vision is to
equip every African school, workplace and household with culturally appropriate tools, systems and
structural support needed to get people on purpose, build mental resilience and truly make wellness
a way of life.
According to the Just Breathe Namibia website, the number of working age people in Africa will
surpass the rest of the world combined by 2035. By 2050, one in every four humans will be African.
