Clean up together!

The National Clean-Up Campaign takes place tomorrow (21 September) and in this light the City of Windhoek, the Honourable Governor, His Worship the Mayor and Regional and Local Authority Councillors encourage citizens to join in the spirit of national volunteerism.
The event in the Khomas region is coordinated by the City of Windhoek through the Solid Waste Management Division.
Clean-up actions assembly points are as follows:
• Samora Machel: Green Mountain Street soccer field
• Tobias Hainyeko: Rank 80 (c/o Ongava & Ongete street)
• Khomasdal: 7de & 8ste Laan (c/o Frankfurt and Istanbul street)
• Moses Garoeb: Open space at the constituency office
• Windhoek Rural: Dordabis
• John Pandeni
• Katutura Central
• Katutura East
• Windhoek East
• Windhoek West
All cleaning actions start at 07:00
Remember to bring along a hat, overall, closed shoes, sunblock, sunglasses and water!
