Imperial Properties, located in Nangolo Mbumba Street, Walvis Bay (next to Suidwes Total), serves the coastal towns of Walvis Bay and Swakopmund and facilitates the buying, selling and letting aspects of properties on behalf of clients.

Imperial Properties has a team of dedicated agents with a combined experience of 28 years in the trade. Each of the agents specialises in a specific market segment.

Huge range

Imperial Properties has a huge variety of properties available. These range from residential (empty stands, houses, townhouses, apartments), industrial properties (warehouses), commercial properties (running concerns like guesthouses and hotels and business premises) and agricultural properties (smallholdings and farms).

The company offers all types of residential, commercial and industrial properties to let, and invites prospective clients to put it to the test.

Imperial Properties also assists buyers and sellers of properties from the first moment of contact right up to the final transfer of the property to the new owner.

The real estate company drafts sales agreements, liaises with buyers and sellers, and facilitates the transferring of attorney throughout the required process up to final key handover. They also assist with the transfer of services like water and electricity.

Going the extra mile

Agents at the company always go the extra mile to find buyers for the “best deal out there” price, condition and location of available properties. They also offer a very low commission rate in order to keep the prices of properties low and to sell it faster.
