Full throttle ahead

05 February 2020 | Sports

The Enduro season kicks off with a fun race at Itumba on Saturday 22 February, with the organisers inviting all off-road bikers to come and join in the fun.
According to Carol-Jean Tap, the race format will be relays, with teams being picked randomly to ensure fair competition. The track is exclusively “Jeep Tracks” and all dirt bikes are welcome.
She says that food and beverages will be available at the race venue, with the action kicking off at 08:00. “Day licenses are available at N$200 per person, and can be bought on Saturday morning for those that are not registered riders.”
She says that if you already own a new transponder tag, remember to bring it along. “For those without transponder tags, there will be tags available to buy on the day.”
