A journey of 2,741 nautical miles from Tierra del Fuego and Ushuaia, also called the end of the world “Fin del Mundo”, to the Falklands and the Shetland Islands with weather permitting “wet” landings, whales, penguins, seals, ice bergs and glaciers, research stations and remnants of whalers and shipwrecks, the stormy waters of the Drake passage, Beagle Channel... too many to mention.
People so often dream of travelling to special places like Antarctica. Kai Kleingünther, who has a passion for the environment and environmental matters, got the opportunity just recently.
