New faces at Capricorn

Twenty new employees joined the ranks at the Capricorn Group this month. They were welcomed by the Capricorn Group Executive Management Team (EMT) during a two-day New Employee Orientation Programme that takes place five times a year and is aimed at preparing the newbies for their new roles within the organisation. The new staff are from Bank Windhoek’s Retail Banking Services, Support Services, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Internal Audit Departments and Capricorn Asset Management.
