New Safari development on the cards

A notice inviting interested and affected parties to attend a public meeting on the proposed development of a mixed use complex located on the property on which the Safari Hotel is situated, was recently advertised.

According to the notice placed by Urban Dynamics, the proposed Capital Plaza Development is located at the corner of Auas and Aviation roads (erf 8564). The proposed development consists of retail, office and residential buildings.

A public meeting will be held on Monday 17 June at 18:00 at the offices of Urban Dynamics (45 Nelson Mandela Avenue). Interested and affected parties are invited to register as stakeholders to attend the meeting. For more info, contact Heidri Bindemann-Nel at [email protected]
