Nuwe jaar bring nuwe hoop

Vir een entrepreneur wink ’n nuwe toekoms ná hy lank vir werk gesoek het. Hy bied nou selfs ’n
werksgeleentheid vir iemand aan.
Liaan van Heerden was vir langer as ’n jaar werkloos, “en as gevolg van Covid, was dit nog moeiliker
om werk te kry,” hy sê. Hy het toe besluit hy gaan ’n koskarretjie beman en só is Snack Shack gebore.
“Ek het net twee weke met my koskarretjie gestaan en toe ’n werksaanbod gekry,” sê hy opgewonde
en voeg by dat hy baie dankbaar is vir die nuwe geleentheid.
Snack Shack was wel in die kort rukkie baie plekke besoek en was amper elke dag in ’n ander
woonbuurt te sien. Hier het hulle worsbroodjies, burgers, steak brötchens en tjips verkoop.
Met Liaan se nuwe werk, wil hy nou graag nog ’n persoon die geleentheid gee om op die been te
kom. “Ons wil graag vir iemand anders ook ’n kans gee om weer op hulle voete te kom deur die
karretjie in die toekoms te beman.”
