Realities of climate change explored
05 November 2018 | Events
Changes in temperature, precipitation and extreme weather events are expected to lead to short- and long-term changes in the physical environment. This will not only have a direct and indirect impact on human health, but also on environmental health, crop yields, food security as well as water availability.
Regionally, climate change is expected to exacerbate the dry conditions already experienced in Southern Africa and other parts of the continent.
