• How will it take to lift the moratorium on selling and leasing land in Okahandja? This moratorium was placed due to irregularities in 2015 but what has been done since then? Everyone just sits backs and watches how nothing is done. The council is losing money which should be used for developmental projects. It is a shame. The newspapers should follow up and get answers from the ministry.• Lekker om te sien hoe word Dagbreek se leerlinge bederf. Dis goed om te sien ons staan saam om die mense na aan ons te help.
• Will the problem of street children ever be solved? This problem is much bigger. We should look into how to keep children safe without forcing them to stay in a shelter. Even those children who are eight or nine years old, they are already accustomed to look after themselves. They have no responsibility, no homework or chores. Of course it would be better for them. Parents should be held responsible. Why would you have children if you don’t have the financial means to look after them?
