The 15th Annual Okahandja Tourism & Trade Expo is set to take place from 29 April to 2 May 2026 at the Okahandja Sports Field, bringing together businesses, investors, and communities under the theme “Experience Okahandja: Invest, Trade & Grow.” The annual expo has become a key driver of local economic activity, serving as a strategic platform for promoting trade, tourism, and investment opportunities within the town and beyond. This year’s event is expected to attract a wide range of participants, including micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), corporate organisations, government institutions, and livestock farmers. Exhibitors will showcase their products and services, creating opportunities for networking, market access, and business growth.

Organisers say the expo will feature a vibrant exhibition space with strong participation from both local and regional businesses. A dedicated food court will highlight SME involvement, giving local entrepreneurs a platform to reach wider audiences. Visitors can also look forward to engagement sessions focused on boosting tourism and attracting investment into Okahandja, alongside entertainment designed for all age groups. In addition to economic stimulation, the expo is expected to create temporary employment opportunities and increase business visibility across the town. The municipality has further assured exhibitors and visitors of enhanced safety and security measures throughout the event.

The Okahandja Tourism & Trade Expo continues to position itself as a cornerstone event in the town’s development calendar, strengthening its role as a growing hub for trade and investment in Namibia.
