Tsamma Time - a collection of new contemporary San art - opens at the National Art Gallery (NAGN) in the capital on Thursday at 18:00.
The exhibition is hosted by the Omba Arts Trust with the support of the Commonwealth Foundation and the NAGN.
“Tsamma Time” refers to summertime and signifies the start of the San communities to produce visible fruit, like these artworks on show.
The exhibition will be officially opened by NAGN director Michelle van Wyk and the collection, exhibited in the lower gallery, can be viewed until 23 September.
