Bank Windhoek has been named the “Bank of the Year: Namibia 2025” by The Banker magazine, the world's premier financial intelligence publication from the esteemed Financial Times Group.This accolade, widely regarded as the industry standard for banking excellence globally, marks the fourth time the bank has received this international recognition. The award ceremony in London, United Kingdom, on Wednesday.
The Banker’s Bank of the Year awards are judged on a rigorous, data-driven methodology that assesses a bank's ability to deliver returns, gain strategic advantage, and serve its market. Bank Windhoek demonstrated exceptional performance across four key pillars: Financial Strength, Digital Innovation, Service Excellence, and Sustainable Development.
