South African actress Jill Levenberg, who portrays the role of Mymoena Samsodien in the kykNET soapie Suidooster, is visiting Windhoek and Rehoboth today and tomorrow.Tonight at 19:00 Jill delivers a motivational speech themed “An injury to one is an injury to all” at the NG church in Pionierspark. Tickets cost N$200 per person and include a light meal. In between, guests can also look forward to creative dance, choir and orchestra performances.
Tomorrow at 15:00 she presents her talk at the Origo Primary School hall in Rehoboth. Admission is N$50 per adult and N$30 for learners.
The actress, who played the title role in the film Ellen: The Ellen Pakkies Story, has a heart of gold and offers drama classes for underprivileged children in the Cape Flats on weekends. It is due to this reason she looks forward to especially inspiring the youth of Rehoboth with her passion for drama and acting.
