#ONEFEST22 this weekend

The One Festival, hosted by Bizza Car Wash and featuring a long list of local celebs, takes place at the Doc Jubber fields this weekend.
According to festival organisers, they aim to create a platform to combine and host various Namibian activities and performers at one venue in a fun-filled environment.
“We’re bringing together Namibians from different backgrounds to celebrate our ‘oneness’. Friends and families will be able to spend the weekend together while enjoying multiple performances, supporting a variety of vendors all while catching up with old friends and enjoying refreshments,” they say.
Performing artists include King Tee Dee, SunnyBoy, DJ Alba, DJ Kadafi, Tate Buti, DJ Spuzza, Chester Houseprince, KP Illest, Skrypt, Agogo Skuza, Tequila and Gerenyovest.
Besides music and a variety of stalls, activities include a comedy show, open mic, dance competition, a team challenge, cook-off, a VIP lounge and a soul & deep house session.
The idea is to make the OneFest an annual event in future.
The festival is made possible by Jägermeister, NBL, Real Good Chicken, Top Score, Pasta Polana, Avani Hotel, Gondwana, Bacardi, Hennesy and Delush.
Gates open at 10:00 on all three days, and tickets (from N$70 per person to N$150 for a 3-day pass) are available via webtickets.com.na
