WIKA ends on a high note

Frank Steffen
The Windhoek Carnival (WIKA) has reason to be chuffed about its two successful international evenings. Fun was at the order of the day and Namibians of different languages and visitors were able to enjoy the events that gave the German carnival spirit a truly Namibian flair. The long-standing carnivalist Stefan Sickel skillfully presented himself - and his pig - as head of protocol, a truly difficult task on international evenings (https://q.my.na/BFXP). There was a lot of music and dancing and the extremely talented saxophonist Suzie Eises and of course, the popular Jägermeister Brass Cartel stood out.
