Meet Haikali Ndatulumukwa
Haikali Ndatulumukwa is a Namibian entrepreneur and industrialist with a growing footprint in the country’s logistics and manufacturing sectors. Known for his hands-on leadership style and strategic vision, he has built businesses that respond directly to Namibia’s infrastructure and supply-chain needs.
“I am 29 years old, born in Ehafo village, Endola, in the Ohangwena Region. I attended Ehafo Combined School for primary education and Etalaleko Secondary School from grades 8 to 12, before enrolling at the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST), where I studied Economics. I began my entrepreneurial journey while still at NUST. I started as a barber and later, in 2017, established Dial-A-Barber, which went on to inspire many dial-a-service enterprises. I launched this business using a refund we received from NSFAF at the time.
“During this period, I also transported daily commuters working in Windhoek between Rehoboth and the capital. In 2018, I wrote my first book, Omona Wamukweni Eyoka, which became a bestseller at the time. The rest is history,” he says.
Multi-skilled
With experience in steel products, transportation and operations management, Haikali has positioned himself as a practical problem-solver focused on local value addition, efficiency and job creation. His work reflects a long-term commitment to strengthening Namibia’s industrial base and reducing reliance on imported finished goods.
Through Rooftech Namibia and Citylink Namibia, Ndatulumukwa represents a new generation of Namibian industrial entrepreneurs bridging manufacturing and logistics. His dual focus on production and transport enables integrated supply chains that move materials efficiently while building locally.
Together, these ventures reflect a broader vision: developing sustainable, locally anchored businesses that support infrastructure development, improve service delivery, and contribute to Namibia’s economic diversification.
