Love, lace and a little magic
The countdown to “I do” has begun as the Namibia Annual Wedding Expo & Summit 2026 prepares to transform the Windhoek Showgrounds into a showcase of romance, inspiration and celebration on 5 and 6 June 2026.
Set to become Namibia’s leading wedding experience, the two-day event brings together engaged couples, wedding professionals, designers, creatives and industry specialists under one roof for an extensive showcase of all things bridal.
From bridal fashion and décor to photography, beauty, venues, floristry, catering and honeymoon inspiration, the expo aims to offer ideas and practical solutions for couples planning their special day.
Organisers say the event is more than an expo, describing it as a celebration of love stories, culture and creativity. Visitors can expect live showcases, talks, interactive experiences and opportunities to engage with some of Namibia’s leading wedding experts and industry figures.
The programme also highlights Namibia’s diverse wedding traditions, blending contemporary trends with cultural heritage.
Special ticket packages are available for engaged couples, with ticket holders also invited to the official opening ceremony, which will launch a weekend of networking, glamour and inspiration.
As the sun sets on Saturday evening, the programme continues with the Namibia Wedding Awards & Bridal Show, taking place from 18:00 to 21:00. The event recognises excellence in the wedding industry while celebrating the creatives and businesses behind Namibia’s bridal sector.
Guests can expect a bridal runway showcase featuring couture gowns, modern bridal trends and designs from local creatives. Organisers say the evening will bring together industry leaders, media personalities, influencers and couples for a night of fashion and celebration.
Organisers believe the Namibia Annual Wedding Expo & Summit 2026 marks a new chapter for the country’s wedding industry, creating a platform that celebrates love while supporting local businesses, creatives and entrepreneurs.
