Bank Windhoek staff get 6% rise
Bank Windhoek concluded its annual salary negotiations with the Namibia Financial Institutions Union (NAFINU), resulting in a 6% salary benefit and 20% transport allowance increase for employees in the bargaining unit.
The negotiations concluded on Wednesday 30 September 2026, with the approved adjustments effective from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027.
Bank Windhoek MD James Chapman said: “The agreement follows focused and constructive engagement between the parties and reflects Bank Windhoek’s
commitment to recognising employee contribution, rewarding performance and supporting the financial well-being of its employees.”
