FNB Namibia wins Best Banking Experience
FNB Namibia has been named Namibia's Best Banking Experience for a third consecutive year after winning the category at the 2026 Best of Nam Awards.
The award, determined through public voting, recognises the bank's customer experience and comes as FNB continues to invest in digital banking, customer service and financial inclusion initiatives.
FNB Namibia client experience head Quinten Potgieter said the recognition was particularly significant because it reflected the confidence customers continue to place in the bank.
"Being recognised as Namibia's Best Banking Experience for the third consecutive year is incredibly humbling because it comes directly from the people we serve," Potgieter said.
He said customer expectations continue to evolve, making it increasingly important for the bank to understand and respond to changing needs.
"The award tells us that customers value not only the products and services we offer, but the way we show up for them every day. That trust is something we work hard to earn and never take for granted," he said.
According to FNB Namibia, the recognition reflects continued investment in digital innovation, customer service, financial inclusion and banking solutions aimed at individuals, families and businesses.
The bank said it remains focused on expanding access to financial services while supporting entrepreneurs and contributing to Namibia's long-term economic development.
Beyond banking, FNB Namibia also sponsored the Education category at the Best of Nam Awards for the second consecutive year.
Consumer banking head Hans Karon said education remains central to the bank's broader commitment to Namibia's development.
