Namibia’s top dancers battle for Zurich spot
The Red Bull Dance Your Style competition took place in Windhoek on Saturday with local dancers battling it out one-on-one at UN Plaza for a chance to represent Namibia internationally. Sixteen dancers advanced to the round of 16, which will take place at The Loft in Windhoek on 22 August.
Of the 16 dancers, eight will progress to the next stage, where they will battle for a place among the final four. The competition will then narrow down to two dancers, who will face off in the final.
The eventual Namibian winner will earn the opportunity to represent the country at the Red Bull Dance Your Style World Final at Hallenstadion in Zurich, Switzerland, on 24 October 2026.
The competition is expected to intensify as dancers battle for the chance to take Namibia's street dance talent onto the international stage. All photos Jorge Dos Santos
