This rebranding, approved by the Board of Directors and the Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (Namfisa), follows a strategic N$468 million share buyback transaction that positions the company for independent growth and expanded market presence.
The name Summit Thirty reflects the company’s commitment to reaching new heights in the insurance sector while honoring the three decades of collective expertise that its leadership and team bring to serving Namibian customers. Since 2000, Summit Thirty had approved over 120 000 claims — a legacy of trust and proven results that continues under our new name.
