Velvet Vagabond opens doors in Windhoek
The Velvet Vagabond retail outlet officially celebrated its grand opening at the Grüner Kranz Theatre in Windhoek on Saturday, introducing a unique lifestyle retail experience to the capital.
The launch brought together guests and supporters to explore the newly opened space, which offers a range of products including body care items, jewellery, lifestyle products, second-hand clothing and speciality teas.
Speaking to Network Media Hub, Velvet Vagabond co-owner Charene Labuschagne said the concept was designed to be more than a traditional retail store. "Velvet Vagabond is much more than just a retail experience. It's a safe space and a welcoming home for curious wanderers interested in body care products, jewellery, lifestyle items, second-hand clothing, tea and much more," she said.
The founders hope the space will become a welcoming environment where creativity, community and self-expression can come together under one roof.
