Corinna Pieters leads Synergi Impact with vision and heart

For Synergi Impact executive director Corinna Pieters, leadership is about purpose, perseverance and faith. With 15 years of service within the company, Pieters’ journey is defined by hard work and growth. Although she has only been in the branding space for three years, Pieters previously worked in signage and branding firms before joining Network Media Hub in 2010.Pieters acknowledges that her path was shaped by experience and divine guidance rather than formal education. “I have not had the opportunity to attain a tertiary education. What I do have are 15 years of hard work and experience and, most importantly, God's guidance on my career path and life,” she says. Supportive mentors and managers helped shape the fair and grounded leader she is today.
Faith plays a central role in her leadership philosophy. “I believe I have been led here by God to do what I do best, under His guidance,” she explains. This belief drives her daily motivation, along with the satisfaction of completing projects and seeing happy clients. “Trust God and never give up,” she adds.
Of her leadership style, Pieters says: “First and foremost, I believe I am fair, and I lead by example.”
Working with purpose
Synergi Impact’s mission aligns with Pieters’s passion for meaningful work. The company creates purposeful print and branding solutions that capture attention, spark curiosity and provide clients with a complete, hassle-free service from idea to delivery.
Becoming executive director is one of Pieters’s proudest achievements. Yet, stepping into this role presented challenges. Taking on a new company and leaving her previous team required courage. “Saying goodbye to my previous team and taking on this new company has not always been easy. But with God's help, all things are possible,” she says.
Though Synergi Impact is still growing, Pieters envisions expanding the business and building a team that shares her values. Moments of success, such as completing projects and receiving client appreciation, remind her why she does what she does. “When a project, big or small, has been successfully completed and we have another happy client, that’s when I think, 'This is why I do what I do.”
