Spreading love and unity
Speaking during the segment titled "Love in the Community", Mutumbulwa reminded listeners that Valentine’s Day is not only about romantic relationships, but also about showing compassion, kindness, unity and respect within the wider community.
She emphasised that the true strength of Okahandja lies in the togetherness of its people, calling on residents to choose love over division, unity over conflict and understanding over intolerance as the town continues to grow and develop.
On behalf of the municipality, she wished all residents a happy and meaningful Valentine’s Day and encouraged the community to spread love not only on Valentine’s Day but every day in their homes, workplaces and neighbourhoods.
The Mayor urge residents to work together to build an Okahandja grounded in love, unity and a strong sense of community spirit.
