Haingura joins CRAN
Pascal Haingura joined the Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia (CRAN) in the position of Executive: Engineering and Technical Services, effective 1 October 2025.Haingura will be responsible for overseeing all technical resources, facilitating infrastructure sharing, managing the radio frequency spectrum, and ensuring the efficient use of technology, standards, and numbering resources to deliver optimal services.
A seasoned IT professional, Haingura brings over 16 years of experience across Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, Project Management, IT Operations and Infrastructure Development. His leadership has been proven across the energy, academic and finance sectors, where he successfully developed IT strategies and policies, managed IT departments, and delivered innovative technological solutions.
Haingura holds a Master of Philosophy in Inclusive Innovation, a Master of International Business in Digital Transformation and Business Law, a Bachelor of Science Honours in Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. He is currently pursuing a Master of Informatics in Data Analytics at the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST).
