Namibia in top 8 at Miss World

Namibia finished in the top 8 of the Miss World beauty pageant for the first time in history. Miss World Namibia, Selma Kamanya (pictured), was named one of the top 2 candidates from Africa at the pageant in Hyderabad, India, on Saturday night. Miss Ethiopia, Hasset Dereje Admassu, was later named the winner for Africa and the overall runner-up. Thailand's Suchata Chuangsri was crowned Miss World. Photos Facebook
