Reagon Graig joins Paratus board
Paratus Namibia Holdings welcomed Reagon Graig to its board of directors.Graig has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company and as Chairperson of the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) committee.
Graig brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in business development, strategy and sustainability. He has worked in various sectors including energy, real estate, mining and agriculture. In addition to the Paratus appointment, Graig is also the director (Chairman) of Ongos Valley Development Company (Pty) Ltd, and a Director of Energy Partners (Pty) Ltd.
Chief executive of the Paratus Group, Schalk Erasmus said: “We are delighted about that Reagon’s appointment. Graig holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Economics) from the University of Cape Town and is passionate about social impact and environmental stewardship and has served on several boards and committees related to these causes.
