International Cohen Tournament 2026
A fistball festival awaits every enthusiast this weekend, as the first matches of the International Cohen Tournament 2026 kick off on Saturday at 8:00 AM. Among the participants are German Bundesliga teams TSV Calw and NLV Stuttgart Vaihingen, both considered strong favourites. A total of 20 teams will compete in 46 matches across four categories, promising exciting duels and top-class action for spectators.
Category A consists of eight teams, divided into two groups. Group A includes TSV Calw, CFC 2, SFC 1, and SKW 1.
The reigning champions and hosts, CFC 1, will compete in Group B of Category A alongside NLV Stuttgart Vaihingen, SFC 2, and the Namibian U18 national team. The top two teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals, while the third- and fourth-placed teams will compete for positions five to eight. In Category B, host team CFC 3, SFC 3, SKW 2, and the Women’s National Team will compete for the trophy. The top two teams will advance directly to the final. All preliminary round matches will be played over two halves of 10 minutes each. The intermediate round will be played as a best-of-three sets format, while the placement matches will be played as best-of-five sets.
The U12 and U15 youth teams will also participate in the tournament. In the U12 category, two teams each from the visiting club SKW and hosts CFC will compete. In the U15 category, alongside two teams from SKW, teams from SFC and CFC will also take part.
