Green sponsors ICT Summit

Green Enterprise Solutions (Green) announced its participation as a gold sponsor at this year's highly anticipated ICT Summit.
The summit is scheduled to take place from 9 to 11 September in Windhoek, as announced at the launch by the Hon Minister of ICT, Emma Theofelus. This year’s theme is “Building Resilience to Adapt or Die in the Era of Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence (AI)”.
Green has served as a sponsor since the inception of the summit. The company is unwavering in its commitment to building up Namibia’s ICT sector and will support the summit in both monetary and ‘in-kind’ sponsorship, demonstrating Green’s commitment to fostering and developing technological innovation and digital excellence in Namibia.
Green's presence reflects the company's commitment to innovation, technology leadership, and its dedication to empowering the digital transformation of Namibia's corporate landscape. Green managing director Kehad Snydewel said, “This is especially vital as more international companies look towards Namibia for business, especially in the oil and gas as well as in the renewable energy sector. They will all be driven by technology and Namibia is determined to be at the forefront of delivering the latest in information technology, including AI. As the theme suggests, we will not be competitive and fall far behind if we don’t build resilience or adapt.”
As part of its engagement at the summit, Green announced partnerships with industry giants Lenovo, IBM, Microsoft, and Fortinet. These partnerships are set to further enhance Green's ability to deliver cutting-edge ICT solutions to its clients, reinforcing its position as a trailblazer in the industry.
Green will also host exclusive breakaway sessions tailored to customers and summit attendees. These sessions will delve deeper into AI and how to embrace it, allowing participants to engage with industry experts, gain valuable understandings, and how to leverage AI in their industry.
